ALL buyers must be registered prior to start of bidding/ Buyer numbers's will be issued.

Phone buyers must acquire a buyer number also.  Email or text a picture of your driver's license like the rest of buyers provide in person.

Phone support will assist with your bid and buys.

Credit card payments will be accepted in person and over the phone.

Supplement sheets will be issued sale day.

Females are preg tested prior to sale.

Service sires are not guaranteed on bred females.

Guest consignment cattle are not guaranteed by Bailey Ranch.

ALL cattle must be paid for prior to loading.

Oklahoma is a bang free state.

Each Lot will have an Oklahoma Certificate of Veterinary Inspection

Know ahead of time what your state requires and we will work with you.

ALL sales are cash unless other satisfactory arrangements have been made. A credit reference will be needed with checks.
